Auction Type: Conditional with Fixed Fee

On the fall of the hammer the highest bidder will enter into a reservation agreement with the seller and will have 40 business days within which to exchange and complete. If you fail to do so, you may lose your deposit/ buyers fee. During the 40 business day reservation period, the seller is not able to accept other offers. A 10% deposit will be taken from the highest bidder. This deposit will contribute towards the purchase price. We do not take cash or cheque deposits.
